Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders, and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment processing.

Automatic renewal disclosure
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel before renewal. The renewal amount is the plan price shown at checkout or in your account.
Early-bird pricing remains locked while active. If you cancel and subscribe again, pricing resets to the current standard plan (currently $99/month).
Charge timing and cancellation
Before launch, payment method setup may occur without immediate charge. Once billing is active, charges occur according to the renewal cycle. You can cancel future renewals from account controls or by contacting support.
Payment data handling and security
Sensitive payment information is entered in the secure checkout flow of the billing provider and transmitted via encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections.
We do not intentionally store raw card data on the landing page.
Receipts and support
Receipts and billing notices are provided by Paddle and/or by account email notifications. For duplicate charges, refund requests, or payment issues, contact support@oakhex.io.
