Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations.

Last updated: March 18, 2026. This policy explains refund eligibility windows for 99 subscriptions.

Before launch

If no charge has been made yet, you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged.

Refund window A (unused service)

If no successful API request has been made after activation, you can request a full refund within 3 days from payment success timestamp.

Refund window B (used service)

If at least one successful API request has been made, you can request a refund within 1 day from service activation timestamp.

How to request a refund

Email support@oakhex.io with your account email, payment receipt, and reason for refund. Include request time to validate eligibility windows.

Paddle.com is Merchant of Record and may process the return transaction on approved refunds.

No-charge pre-launch cancellation 3 days if unused (from payment success) 1 day if used (from activation)

Cancellation and renewals

Cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges. Refund approval does not guarantee future early-bird eligibility.

If you cancel an early-bird subscription and re-subscribe later, pricing resets to the current standard plan (currently $99/month).

Outside window and legal rights

Requests outside the stated windows are generally not refundable, except where mandatory local consumer law provides additional rights.
