Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Account access

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your credentials. Do not share account access across multiple users.

We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, illegal use, or infrastructure risk.

Unlimited definition and fair use

"Unlimited" means no monthly token-based billing meter for the plan, subject to operational limits.

Current limits (subject to change): up to 128K context per request, 1 seat = 1 request queue, sequential processing only (no concurrent request execution per seat).

Prohibited abuse

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, denial-of-service behavior, credential abuse, account sharing to bypass seat limits, or attempts to circumvent queue/concurrency controls.

We may throttle, limit, or suspend workloads that impact service stability.

Pricing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly cycle unless canceled before the renewal time.

Early-bird pricing stays locked while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and subscribe again, pricing resets to the then-current standard plan (currently $99/month).

Availability and warranty disclaimer

We aim for reliable service but do not provide a guaranteed SLA in this public plan. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream provider issues, abuse controls, or force majeure.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
